Naperville Music is one of the largest Independant music dealers in the Chicago area, and we also provide one of the largest and most sucessful private music lesson studios serving Naperville, Wheaton, Aurora, Lisle, Plainfield and other surrounding towns.
We have a variety of Employment Opportunites available, including teaching, sales, customer service, and website work.
Music Lessons
We offer music lessons on all instruments including; guitar, bass, drums, clarinet, saxophone, piano, trumpet, trombone, violin, viola, cello, as well as many other instruments. We have been committed to music education since we opened in 1974.
Because of high student demand, we are always looking for teachers to add to our staff. Applicants should have a good working knowledge of their primary instrument and secondary instrument (if any), and be familiar with traditional teaching styles, and sight reading.
Successful candidates will be people friendly and willing to follow our proven teaching methods (we will fully train you). We can help you become a successful private music teacher in a state-of the-art teaching facility.
Our teaching program contains proven methods and strategies to get your students playing quickly. It also allows both the teacher and the student to have Fun learning music.
So whether your new to the private teaching environment, or if you have a proven track record in other studios, we are always ready to talk to you about the teaching opportunities here at Naperville Music, and how we can help you meet your professional goals.
Full and Part-time positions are available, and you can set your own schedule. Work as many days as you want, and work your hours around your other weekly activities.

Our instructors are here every day except Friday and Sunday. On weekdays we offer instruction until 9:00 PM, and on Saturday our teachers are here from 10:30 until 5:00. Extended hours are available during the summer.
Sales
We are always looking for candidates to fill our sales staff vacacies, as well as new opportunites. Knowledge of music gear is important, but also the ability to learn is critical. Our sales staff are responsible for general customer inquiries, but many also have specialties.
We also have entry level positions for counter people, and musicians interested in entering the music industry.
Website and Internet Technology
If you have web skills, we want to talk to you. Our Ecommerce site continues to grow and we have opportunites for those who have HTML, Java, Flash,PHP, or other web skills. Opportunites can include part time, or project work.
