- All Items are insured and shipped by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You will be notified of your shipment with tracking information by email.
- All items are packed carefully and securely to avoid damage. We know that even with proper packing, there can be damage. Report any damage to Naperville Music and we will make arrangements to have the item replaced and your account credited.
- We have an honest and to the point return policy. We want you to be happy with your purchase. On line orders can be returned withinn 10 days for a full refund. We'll even pay for return shipping on all items under 35 pounds. See store for brick and mortar return policy which varies with items.
- Any returned item must be in original factory-new condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and any supplied accessories. You must obtain an R.A. (return authorization) from Naperville Music before shipping any item back.
- If an item shows damage or wear, Naperville Music may choose to refuse or accept it and charge a 15% restocking fee.
- The return policy does not apply to: Harmonicas, headphones, software, printed music, mouthpieces, opened reeds, special orders and used items.
