The intended use of this form is for you to give us the required preliminary information by which we can reserve your instrument, and prepare your rental agreement. A drivers license and credit card issued in the name of the renter are required for each rental. You can provide this information to us at the time your instrument is picked up. Please submit multiple instrument requests individually. All rentals and reservations are subject to credit approval.

Are starting to run low, but we are receiving deliveries every day, and you can still make a no-obligation reservation for these instruments by completing the form below.
We expect to fill all rentals before class starts. If there is a delivery delay beyond a few days we will notify you. For more detailed information on delivery schedules, please call us at 1-630-355-1404. All other instruments are available and can be reserved and picked up immediately.
Rentals are for local customers who are in our marketing area. Check our marketing area.

Naperville Music will contact you within a few hours, but no later than one business day if the store is closed when your reservation is received. Once confirmed an instrument will be allocated and will be avaiilable for pickkup.
