Should I Reserve or Rent Online?

The answer is up to you. The biggest reasons for either reserving or renting online are:
We can allocate an insturment for you.

By having some preliminary information we can make your rental pickup much quicker by having your rental either partially or completely prepared before you arrive to pickup your instument.

The only difference is the amount of information you want to provide to us. And of course with thousands of rentals, the more we can do before you arrive, the quicker it will be. Here is the difference in the two processes.

Reserve Online

You can make a no-obligation reservation online with only very minimal personal information.
Our resrevation forms are secure, with the highest possible encryption. By making an online reservation you provide us with your contact information and the instrument you wish to rent.
We will allocate the instrument to you and send you a confirmation via email. You can pickup a reservation almost immediately at our store. ( please notice our store hours). When you arrive to pickup the instrument, we will get some additional information from you to complete your account record. This will included your drivers license number and credit card information.

Rent Online

You can rent online by providing us with all the information we will need to complete your account data. Our rent online forms are secure, with the highest possible encryption. By renting online you provide us with all the information we need to complete your rental.

We will allocate the instrument to you and send you a confirmation via email. You can pickup an online rental almost immediately at our store. ( please notice our store hours). When you arrive to pickup the instrument, your instrument will be ready, and your paperwork completed and printed.
You can just sign and go!

About your instrument pickup process.

Whether you have reserved online, rented online, or are walking in without a reservation, our staff will fully explain the instrument to you, explain our agreement (also posted online for your review), and help you with any necessary accessory purchases. Accessories are determined by your school district. While we have accurate lists of accessories and books for most districts, it is always a good idea to bring along any list that your specific school has given you. We have all the materials and books, and we want you to have the right materials when your done shopping.

Oh, while it is not necessary, you might want to bring the new musician? with. We have a big beautiful music store with lessons going on every day, and lots of instruments. Bringing your child with will give us an opportunity to show them the instrument and get them excited about learning to play!
