1. Each drum is inspected for possible defects. We look at every lug to make sure it is tight. Every shell is inspected for ply separation or warping. All chrome plated parts are inspected for pitting. Each drum finish is inspected for scratching or lifting.

2. All the hardware is put together and tested for smooth operation, proper tension on the bass drum springs or chain, hi hat shaft is inspected for friction and good threads, snare and cymbal stands are opened and closed to insure easy set up and take down.

3. Each drum is assembled by attaching both drum heads, all tension rod threads are checked not to be stripped. The drum heads are put on at an even tension, top and bottom.

4. Upon pickup we will go over each part and how it operates until you understand how to set it up properly at home. This includes memory locks, hi hat clutch, bass drum pedal and any other questions you might have.

5. We will teach how to tune your drums, top and bottom. We will help you tune them in the store and make sure you can make corrections or change styles when your at home.

6. We handle all warranty claims, no need to find boxes and get return authorizations. We handle it all for you and we give you a loaner piece if you need it.
