Our customers don't want to wait "forever" for delivery.

There's the "old way"...

We are not like other piano dealers who keep a limited number of pianos on their showroom floor only. Then when you pick one you want, they order your piano from the manufacturer and then wait for the manufacturer to deliver it to them- so they can deliver it to you.

This antiquanted method of selling pianos that is used by most pianos dealers today can result in long and unwanted delays between the time you make your purchase and when you finally get your piano delivered.

After all, the manufacturer needs to process the order for the dealer, the manufacturer may be backordered on the model you want, then everyone is at the mercy of the truckers, then the typical dealers needs to roundup enough men to muscle the piano off the delivery truck and get it uncrated and ready for delivery to your home. If the piano is damaged in anyway during this process, it must be repaired, or returned, and that creates an even longer delay. Oh, and you better hope that the dealer is in "good standing" with the manufacturer or this process may be stoped before it even begins. By the way if the process is stopped by the manufacturer, the dealer is not likely to pick up the phone and let you know, but if your piano is taking longer than a few weeks- something is up.

...and there's the "right" way

We have a constant flow of incoming and outgoing piano orders, and we stock our pianos locally in Naperville in a climate controlled warehouse within a few miles of our store.

Once a piano has been crated at the factory it is always moved by forklift from place to place. Using a forklift is safe for workers and prevents excessive bouncing, dropping and pushing which can put delicate piano actions out of adjustment.

We like worker safety and product protection, so when pianos arrive at our warehouse, they are carefully offloaded from the semi-tractor trailers by guess what? Forklifts. Then they are positioned in the warehouse to await your purchase.

Then there's the final trip to your home

Once your delivery is scheduled, our team arrives at our warehouse and carefully unpacks the piano from its shipping container and carefully loads it onto the truck for delivery direct to your home. Our delivery team is expert at moving pianos, but their hard work is limited to moving your piano from their truck to your home. All the other heavey lifting was done carefully by machines.

When your piano arrives at your home, there is no packing for you to dispose of, no mess, and once our delivery team arrives at your home, the delivery process is quick and easy.

We stock all models and colors so that we can deliver your piano at your convenience in just a matter of a few days. Our customers do not wait weeks or months for a piano delivery. Because we stock our pianos locally, we are even able to arrange same day delivery for those special occasions!

We divide the Chicago metropolitan area into 2 zones for delivery purposes. You can see which zone your home is in. Also many digital pianos and piano related products can be pickup up and loaded into your vehicle.
