No-Obligation Rental Reservation Request

Our Instruments are Safe and Cleaned To CDC and other Industry Guidelines
Instrument rentals are for local customers who are in our marketing area. You may cancel this reservation at any time without obligation.  I understand that Naperville Music will contact me by email to confirm this reservation request normally within a few hours if we are open, but no later than one business day if the store is closed when your reservation is received. 

This year we have a expedited rental process that honors all social distancing policies.   Once we have confirmed your reservation, an instrument will be allocated and will be prepared along with any accessories.  You will be contacted via a separate email when your order is available for pick up.  Please do not come to the store until you receive this pickup notification. No worries- you will have your instrument in plenty of time before you will need it, but it may take a few days since every school district is doing this at the same time.

When it is time to pickup your order, all you will need to do is sign, swipe your card and go !


** Important Note: Customers must present a valid drivers license, and a valid credit card issued to the renter at the time of rental. The introductory rental and any other purchases will be charged to the credit card presented at the time of pickup.  Unfortunately we can not make any exceptions to these requirements.
